He does have HoF numbers anyone can see that his career us one where the averages can not be used as a basis for judgment

He does though. Mullins is in the Hall, and T Mac's numbers are very comparable to his. Not to mention his playoff numbers are pretty good.

I think he gets marginally better the next two seasons skill wise and stays there till about 34-35 when he'll start to decline

That's true. He had a very good college career and has 2 Olympic golds. Since it is the basketball hall of fame and not the NBA hall of fame, Mullin's resume overall is better than T-Mac's.
