If he's going JUCO and sitting out a year, he's probably going back to Kliff at Tech.

Wouldn't make sense to sit a year if he was looking outside the BigXII.

The BIG XII doesn't have the 2 yr transfer rule? or does going Juco render that useless?

The Big 12 does have that rule but going juco ensures he can go where he wants with no restrictions in 2017.
