League 1: I have Philly, or pick up Seattle or Tenn?

Also,Dez is a gametime decision today but I don't really feel like playing Cruz again this week since he's been invisible lately. Who would you guys start?
I'd keep Philly in league 1 and pick Buffalo in the other league.

Not too sure what to expect from Seattle's D against the no.1 offense in the league. I'd usually favor their D but after Atlanta went on the road and still moved the ball efficiency against Denver,think they might be in for a tough match up.
