Maybe he drove the price up because he didnt actually want to take the job, but I'm not buying the rhetoric that Phil didnt care and just finesed the Knicks for 60 mill.
Phil has a very old school and stubborn mindset. Once he took thej job, ofcourse he wanted to put the work in to produce a winning product. The fact that his method wasnt working and he was still forcing it down the organization was where all this went wrong. A good competent GM adjusts to the landscape of the NBA, which Phill was completely against doing. It was a snowball effect after that.
Didn't know kawhi and pop retired.

not all laker fans felt that way about russell
talking about crashing and burning, cleveland is gonna go back to being the dumpster fire that it always was after next summer.
good luck with that cap space once kyrie decides to leave that **** place, and an owner who nobody likes,
yall got 1 ring and it took a generational talent who was born down the road to get it for yall.
this cleveland team aint getting another ring, thats why yall banking on bringing in bought out guys like wade and Melo, and thats only cause they want to play with Lebron...not for the Cavs.
yall burned his jersey, wrote him a dear john letter and were back on yall knees the day he came back.
you guys sucked then and will suck after him .
history repeats itself,
lakers glory can attest to that.
stay in yo lane
never have to talk about the clippers again. except when they vacate staples
Clippers back to being the clippers ...lakers the best team in la again
houston is the 2nd seed after this trade

Blake leaving LA too.
Deandre Jordan as your best player?
Yikes.
the lakers suck why do yall even talk about other teamsmark my words. i told yall last week i dont see harden and cp3 working that well together because of the fit. even great players have trouble fitting in into systems that do not play their strengths.
