You clinch with a month left in the season. Now you have struggle lineups as you plug in random guys/positions to give others rest. There’s no pressure to win as home field advantage is locked in.
Now you just hope one of the other playoff teams doesn’t start to get hot right about now and carries that into the playoffs
I don’t think WS yet. The Trashstros only have 5 or 6 fewer losses than we do.Is home field locked? I know NL yes but what about WS?
5 game lead with 11 games to play.
Astros would have to go 11-0 and the dodgers would have to be 5-6 in their last 11. Very very doubtful in my opinion. But anything is possible
