Only when aint no team in the city...Alotta ppl from Baltimore go to Wiz/Caps games cuz they technically the regional home team (we get all the tv games, the players do appearances in both cities, Wiz play a preseason game at Royal Farms arena etc)...And the O's used to be DC's baseball team for a long time until they got their own squad

Never any Ravens fans in DC or Skins fans in Baltimore no matter what tho
