Chicago ain’t Sacramento we made the playoffs damn near 10 straight seasons. They don’t need another “star” who can lead us to a first round exit. The point in trading butler was entirely that.

Bulls preferred a yearly deal more in the 15mil range. So yes we overpaid but it's not a ridiculous deal. Bulls have money spend, and no one to spend it on. Might as well take a flyer on Zach. I'm okay with it. And I'd be shocked if we don't make the playoffs next season.
