He's just not physically ready yet. It'll take him a 2 or 3 years. Imagine if a 19 year old Curry were in the league. He already has elite skills (ball handling, shooting, vision, playmaking in the pick and roll) once his body comes along he'll be fine. I don't foresee him being a good defender though.

Facts, AI had a really good rookie season unlike most guards who often take 2 or 3 seasons to really develop. Trae could take a couple years but I still think he'll eventually get to all star level.
