He deserves it, honestly. He clearly outplayed KAT (whose about to get maxed) and Gorbet (who makes $23m/year) in the playoffs last year and he's only 23. I think he should bet on himself, play for the QO this season and hit the market as a UFA next season when more teams have money.

I for one think Capella is HUGELY overrated, with that said he's very well gonna get that in the Open market. And The Rockets are offering Nurkic numbers (10-11) per year. I'm not sure if you want to play those games with an agent & coveted young player.
