What’s hilarious is he was doing all these things as a Sixer and everytime we’d have a nationally televised game where Covington went like 1-9 from three but was still playing elite defense like this all of NT was calling him a bum. It took him being traded for people to appreciate him for what he is.

I think he had a 1 for 10 game two games ago.
I heard he was streaky and that's fine. He single-handedly transformed the Timberwolves defense in the short time he was here and that's worth the occasional 1 for 10 night.
The wolves was giving up 115 points a night before he came to Minnesota. Since he came I think an opponent only got to 100 once.
