Brogdon has been damn good this year. Wonder how much money he’ll demand. I just found out his rookie deal is up a year earlier because he was in 2nd round or something

There's going to be an unprecedented number of "we didn't even want him" posts from Laker nation over the course of the next three summers.

Body. Is. Ready.
I mean this **** ain't no secret. I as many as others basketball genius have been saying thus ****. It's a known fact that Lebron is not a well liked guy around the league. People are quick to say is hate, but no, dude just sucks the life out of basketball. It's truly sad.

But I'm going to say this. Lebron is being thrown to the wolves. Not that is not deserving because he deserves all the criticism, but why now? The media and NBA are ready to move on and want to proclaim their new superstar. Goes to show everyone how the media can make athletes.

He’s a good defender too, right? I’ve only seen a couple Bucks games this season, but seem to remember hearing good things about his defense.

He's the best (non Kyrie/LeBron) asset either Boston or LA have by far. Pels lose pretty much all leverage the second AD says he wants out though. Ainge just has to beat whatever LA puts on the table. Maybe Tatum will be necessary, maybe not. We shall see.

Tatum would have to be included to beat the lakers package.

Clippers, Griz and Kings being competent is killing Boston's trade package. Those were the intriguing assets, not Brown.

As a basketball fan generally, having so many quality teams in the West is awesome. As a fan of a particular team in the West, the depth of the conference kind of sucks. Already feels like every damn game is important and it’s only the 1st week of December...:rolleyes

"Lakers can basically put the Spurs out of the playoffs if we win the next two" is definitely a thought I had today.

Magic won't hesitate to go all in. No package that doesn't include Tatum will beat that.
We'll see. Ingram will be up for a payday soon and Big Clarkson and Alonzo will be up the following summer. I guess we are assuming that New Orleans wants to lock up big money in those 3 as the heart of their team going into the future?

This might be the worst take I've read in the spread in a while. LeBron is still by far the most popular player and still the favorite player of most NBA fans. The media literally hangs on every word LeBron says. They are in no hurry to look for a new #1 guy. They're going to continue milking LeBron for as long as possible.

I hope my fav player AD takes da supermax ya herd me his player option aint til da next yr..we need u in NO

^^^ That’s probably something NO will think hard about considering none of the players they acquired from the Clippers in the CP3 trade (Eric Gordon, Aminu, Kaman) panned out for them.

Yeah you’ve heard correctly. He’s kinda built like a shorter Andre Igoudala. He’s built and sturdy with a long wingspan. Has a high IQ and is totally emotionless. He just balls. Both ends of the floor.

Clippers and Grizzlies being competent is what is allowing their picks to convey in this upcoming draft. My guess is they land somewhere in the 15-20 range or so. Kings going to come back down to Earth. Pick won't be top 5, but probably somewhere in the 7-11 range. New Orleans could basically end up having 5 first round picks in this draft who would be on rookie deals for the next 4 years.

Wants vs Actual are two different things.

How many times everyone have talked this year about how such and such isbgoingbtobeclipse Lebron as the best player?????

Just cause Lebron continues to stay relevant, is their curse. But leave it to people to be like that's not it.... smh

Lmao at having 5 rookies at 1 time like that’s a good thing.

from what I can gather, outside of the top 5 or so, this is one of the worst drafts in a long time. Those mid range 1st round picks will not be in high demand.

looking at random stats and deandre jordan is shooting FTs at 75%
i know it's less attempts, but still...

Pelicans are waiting until the summer and will offer the max to AD. If he hesitates or declines the max, he's out of there.

But again, no one who has been offered the super max has declined it.

Losing AD is a deathblow. They literally would have to blow it up if he wanted out. Perhaps they consolidate picks to move up for someone they like. Who knows.

I'm not saying anything is definite.
