More like two young guys primes intersecting. Scottie was fresh off of playing D2 basketball, of course there was an adjustment. Mike helped but they grew together.
If playing alongside another top 20 player in the game at the time is developing guys, KD is and Bird are the goats.

I can see your view, but from the horses mouth, he became better at everything because of Jordan.
This is exactly what the report is going against, people saying because of Pippen.
MJ was the greatest, if Pippen didnt get better by the countless 1 on 1 beating that he took at the hands of Jordan, i dont know what to think. Dont think it was the other way around.

That stat is skewed in that there hasn’t been THAT many euro stars in the league and especially those with teams in markets people like AND having cap space to do so. KP And the Knicks are not a good measuring stick since he’s injured and we don’t know what are gonna get with him when he comes back. Only euro star I can think of is Dirk. Not sure they ever had a “lakers or Knicks” style cap space summer

D’Angelo as an ‘A grade’ in perimeter defense.
Dinwiddie has the 2nd worst rating among guards who have played over 500 minutes.
So yeah, no.
D’Angelo is no lockdown defender. But he’s nowhere near the tire fire Dinwiddie is on defense.

Yeah, F*** no! y’all come at me with some half assed defensive stats and expect anyone to accept that because 1 guys defensive rating is higher, he’s automatically the better player? Nah...
So like I said, Dinwiddie > Russell.
Dinwiddie is also outperforming his $1.6M contract while Russell is JUST starting to look like he’s not overpaid on his rookie scale deal at $7M.
And I haven’t looked at the efficiency numbers but I believe Dinwiddie is shooting over 45% from the field while Russell is barely hovering over 39% + Dinwiddie is committing fewer turnovers.
Also lol @a-friend who tried to tell me I was repeating what the media says about the nets when the truth is they barely get any coverage outside of the tri-state area and I never watch their home feed on League Pass so... swing and a miss there as well.
