Bron just wants Luke fired he’s one step ahead...

Bulls win tonight Luke might get another visit from Earvin and it might not be to say Hi...

They can be exciting trash. Knicks fans should be used to losing by now. It's been like a 100 years since Willis Reed and nem won that last ring.
We are used to it. I’m to used to mediocre players having their time in the sun here to get excited about that also.

Nets going to match PHX offer for DLo no matter what?

If you asked me two months ago. I think if you got to $25mil, they’d pass or look for a sign & trade.

At this point, they have to. Can’t let a guy who can put up about 20&7 with only decent/good players around at age 22 go.

They can’t extend him anymore because that deadline passed in the Fall. But I think they will talk to him to try to get him off the market ASAP or get a verbal deal in place before Free Agency can happen

I mean, would it really be THAT shocking if the Bulls won? This Lakers team playing tonight is basically last years Lakers but without their best player, Juju.

Not shocking but u know how the media
will spin it...

Can’t lose to the 3 worst teams in basketball
in less than 2 weeks and expect to keep your job...

Agree with you. I just don't think he's going to be willing to sign an extension or anything until he has an offer sheet in front of him from PHX, where he could go play with his buddy.

How much are you giving Dlo?

Nets could be really good by next year.

I’d probably offer 5 year $120mil (max is 5 year $157mil). That’s a starting around $22mil or so.

The idea is to see if he’ll leave a little bit on the table.

If he got a max offer, I’d match. Nets don’t have enough talent to let him go and are not bad enough that they will be in a position to draft at the top of the draft.

Brooklyn is in a fortunate spot where a max for DLo wouldn't completely cripple their cap if he doesn't become a fringe all-star type. Kinda the opposite of what happened with the Wizards and Otto.

Yea I think he gets more than $20mil/yr if he keeps this up.

I want to see Tobias go there too. But giving Tobias and Dlo over 20 a yr seems risky.

They have some flexibility even if they sign both of them tho. They're in a good spot.

The Only benefit of that awful Celtics trade Was they constantly drafted late. So small money on those guys (LeVert, RHJ, Jarrett Allen, Kurucs, Musa). And had to get guys on the outskirts of the NBA (Dinwiddie, Joe Harris), who they took a chance on and when it planned out and they needed new contracts they left money on the table because the franchise took a chance on them

They also picked the right GM and coach who are on the same page culture wise.

If they get rid of Crabbe’s deal, he has a player option for $18.5mil (they have 3 picks outside of their own 1st this year). There’s not 1 bad contract on the books

Kobe Stans tight cause Harden surpassed his 30 point game scoring record?

the way people can make any random stat into a record :lol

i loved kobe in his playing days, dont give a damn about him now. but theres no player in the league today, aside from lebron, that belongs in the conversation with bean

Kind of ****ed up that the Bulls aren’t going to give Lopez any run, but also aren’t willing to buy him out. I don’t blame him for being pissy about it.

trust me he gets plenty of burn. and in the halfcourt, the offense spends about 12 seconds trying to feed him in the post

the man needs to stop crying already, he's under contract and clearly isn't worth that contract in todays market. if he was, someone would have traded for him.

I love Dlo but idk about paying him 100 Ms.

The nets should do it though.
Not really sure what the alternative is for them. Bank on getting a couple UFA stars to go there at once?

Betting on a 22 year old that shows he can score and distribute at a pretty good level already without having it cripple your cap seems like a win-win.
