The fact that Trae is shooting over 37 on 3’s since November is encouraging considering the sample size is huge, most of them are off the bounce, and almost none of them are anywhere near the 3 point line. Hope that his shooting is close to this.

One motion shooting technique changing the game

He will be the best PG in the nba next year. Quote me.

Juju is 22 & 10 on 60% shooting since All star break...

That definitely takes some salt away from the AD situation.

same people who say Harden isn’t fun to watch were saying it about Blake

Also, people really thought Draymond was better than blake. freeze freeze :smh:
Man listen...:lol

I was wrong about Draymond and Blake. Maybe it was the case 2 years ago..but Dray has regressed to cave man status. And Blake controlling the game like Bron. It really is incredible to watch. Blake's growth is almost weird tho. Like..he still looks hella clumsy lol but good as all hell. He finally learned , yo I really am bigger and stronger than everyone.

I jinxed tf outta Draymond. And now he finna end up in China.

One move and reliant on strength don't scare you at all on the next level?
Nah. Kids don't go to college to learn how to play basketball. The trainers that really teach you how to hoop at at the next level.

Just keep him away from hakeem.

Kobe and son from the NYC lifetime and some of these other trainers will turn him into a God.

Craziest thing is...Zion not even in shape yet...

^^^ Most of us Clippers fans who watched every game started feeling around year 4/5, when his shooting improved, Blake could be like a LeBron lite because the ball handling and play making was there. But playing with a ball-dominant PG and injuries, kept it from happening in LA.

Happy he’s gotten there in Detroit.

His 3ball opened up everything tbh. The 3 really does change the game for those that have it and those that don't. Makes the floor so much bigger for you when the 3 is in your arsonal. He stopped relying on his athleticism sooner than LeBron actually. Blake is what, 29ish? His game is already more skill based than power based. Should age pretty gracefully.

At this point what stars have been added? Who’s coming? :nerd:

Lebron has been added and they hope to get another one this summer. Wouldn't be possible if we still had all the kids. Julius would've had to be paid last summer and with Mosgov and Deng's numbers still on the books that wouldn't have been possible to get Bron. Ratsull would've had to get paid this summer. It's akin to what the Knicks did with Zinger. They were a casualty of having rookie extensions when the 2 greatest free agent classes in league history are available.

I really like cassius winston from mich st. I’ve only watched a handful of MSU games but the kid always shows up. Has court vision that you dont frequently see in college, a smooth handle, looks to pass but can create his own shot, and a helluva first step off the dribble. Not sure about his height but his game is built for the league
He’s not really a prospect...Only 6 ft and lack of speed and athleticism for the NBA

He been ballin at MSU these past 2 seasons tho

Glad to see BG went through a season healthy. Sooo much of his injury history is pretty fluky and random.

The thing with BG from what I've seen with Detroit, is that he's VERY good, really good shooter off the bounce which is crazy, good on spot ups, just been great for virtually all season and this season more than any prior, he's stylistically similar to Lebron, but he also has the Lebron effect of sucking the life out of an offense by being so ball dominant. You'll see him grab a board and dribble it full court into the post for like the entire possession then kick it out and expect guys to make shots. That's a hard style to win with.

And he's getting paid like Lebron, making it hard to surround him w/actual talent. For Detroit though, with the new arena, this is fine. As long as he's healthy, he should take them to the playoffs for the duration of his deal but expecting anything beyond that and his deal becomes an issue unfortunately.

Trae shot the ball really well today. That's good to see for him.

He turned the ball over a lot though, especially in the 4th quarter, and he's an absolute target defensively every time down the court.

Goes back to what I said originally about him. He can do great things offensively, but more often than not, his defense is going to cost the team points right back.

I'm catching up to the game now and I'm not kidding when I say I legit don't remember a PG being this bad on defense. He's painfully bad. Some of it is weight, and he'll get his grown man body but man it looks like he doesn't even try :lol That's gotta change.

Lucky for ATL though, he's not a center and Trae has been shown himself to be worthy enough to build a team around. Like steph, As long as you flank him with some rim protection and defenders, along with him not being the worst defender of all time, it shouldn't kill ATL as long as Trae continues on an upward trajectory offensively.

So BI had thoracic outlet surgery. I work in rehab, once you have that condition it’s very lingering. Anything fawked up around that brachial plexus brings a lot of issues. Hope the best for him

Have no idea what you typed but it sounds serious lol

Just seen that he's out for the next 3 to 4 months? :eek

Yup. By no fault of his or the team, when Chris Paul is on your team, he's going to be the primary ball handler, as he should be. This was always in the cards for Blake though. Saw it in 2014, 2015 playoffs, select games when CP was out, etc.

That's fair. It's definitely better that he's a PG and not an inept defensive C.

Weak physical profile x complete lack of effort is no bueno though

Just noticed that all 8 WC playoff teams have a positive point differential.

But in the East only the top 5 are positive :smh:

At his height, for Trae to be even a capable defender, he’s going to have to get much stronger from bottom to top. Will be interesting to see how soon, if at all, he focuses on that.
