Trading the number 1 pick (Zion) for Anthony Davis if the Knicks get it is absurd.
He’s a free agent next summer. New Orleans has no leverage whatsoever. The Knicks have been trash for years. Getting some guys this summer and being in a better position next year is more practical. Blew my mind when the Lakers were offering half their team plus picks for a guy who has made it clear he doesn’t want to be in New Orleans.
If they added Zion, wait a week, call Durant and Kyrie, land them, then they can flip Zion for AD and I doubt he'd be upset with playin next to KD/Kyrie in the NY market. He'd re-sign with ease.
