I still hate the Lakers. Always will.

But I want Lebron to flourish AND if we keeping it a buck a lot of this Laker hate is subtle racism at Bron and company running the show.

My pops raised me to hate the Lakers and when we talked on Sunday even he said he's not hating until Lebron is gone.

I'm in a weird place right now, I've never been this conflicted. :smh:

You missed the deadline for the application but as NT Laker ambassador I'll see what I can do. It may require you renouncing some of your blasphemous stances on one Kobe Bean Bryant though.

**** Woj on piru.

Who hates the Lakers...other than devoted laker haters :lol?

You got the entire NBA media GIDDY at the chance that the Lakers can be good again. And add another star.

You love LeBron more than you hate the Lakers. That’s the reality :lol. Be ok with that. Admit it.

Or Houston according to "reports" which you always gotta take with a grain of salt

I dont even know how Houston would swing that without doing a sign and trade. That team is strapped for cash and already has like $125M in cap tied up. $94M of that is related to CP3, Harden, and Capella. Salary cap is $109, so with cap holds and every single players on their team being gone outside of those three they would still only have like 9M in cap space.

See I agree with this. But he joined the Lakers. I’ll defend his business moves. I’ll defend rich Paul. But the Lakers, nah.

Unforgivable. ALA all day. Especially with everyone dusting off their lebron love this past month after the GSW dynasty ended.

Honestly, what type of year(s) will Kyrie have in Brooklyn that he wouldn’t have had in Boston?

Clear cut No. 1 option, second and third options are all young, and a media that beats down on you like a *****.

What’s going to be different other than Kyrie’s attitude within such a similar situation?

What numbers are you projecting for ratsull and Harris for this scenario to be a reality

I feel like Philly could be willing to pay Tobias (and Butler) so he would need a lot of incentive to leave imo, playing in Brooklyn and taking any discount would be interesting

Russell’s hold is $21.25mil. Irving is $32mil.

If you traded Dinwiddie for 2020 picks. Musa for whatever you can get and a stash player at 31.

Tobias would be about $27mil.

Will he get a higher offer elsewhere? Probably. But it’s still a fair offer. If he signed elsewhere. Who cares.

The players in BK know their roles
Boston season started coming off Brown/Tatum/Rozier leading them in the postseason and I think all 3 thought they had next and Kyrie ****** that dynamic up, two of them coming off the bench for the season

I don’t think their roles mattered to Kyrie...

I think it bothered him that they weren’t playing better (as good as he thought they were when he arrived, ala Jimmy in Minnesota), and it bothered them that he was saying it to the media (at all) and not to them privately if he had to feel that way at all.

The same goes in Brooklyn, they have to play like a winning team so he’s not upset that he’s a guy making money on a bad team. His attitude is bound to be just as bad.

I think they'd get off to a better start cause you don't have a buncha guys who all think they're the man and/or playing for contracts. And they didn't have great success without him either. It'd honestly be a better dynamic from a chemistry standpoint which could go a long way to translating on the court.

A lot of Celtics fans are happy he's leaving for this exact reason, this guy makes no sense. While losing all NBA talent is never good Kyrie is just a different cat.

What happens if Brooklyn regresses slightly while DLO makes improvements on another team? This is a lateral move at best & after how ish went down in Boston I'm not sure I'm on board w the move for the Nets unless a better talent is coming with him.

Reading that the Pels and Celtics have both shown interest in Beal. Pels package would look something like BI, Moore, Hill and the 4th.
