Also, Kawhi is a man about his brand. We can say he’s quiet and reserved and **** but man is all about his bread. Lakers are the biggest brand in basketball. I don’t doubt that Ballmer can give him investment opportunities and **** like that but Kawhi & Uncle Dennis must know how appealing it would be to the face of the Lakers.

You may be right. I’ve said before that I really have no idea how Kawhi might be prioritizing things.
I will say that I’m not sure I agree with the idea that Kawhi will be cool waiting to become the face of the Lakers since LeBron’s not going to play that much longer. Bron’s under contract for 3 more years. That’s actually kind of a lot for NBA years. And it will be right square in the middle of Kawhi’s prime. So, assuming LeBron plays out his contract, Kawhi will be going into his 12th year when LeBron’s done.
