They have Harden under contract, and are trying to maximize his prime. Losing Tucker, Capela, and / or Gordon for Jimmy Butler is a risk that raises your chip profile. It may be a bad fit, but the bet on talent in a GSW-less Western conference is a bet that should be made 100 times out of a 100.
