i dont get the kd russell trade.

they must have got russell so they can trade him later in the season for some parts they need

I don’t understand people that keep saying stuff like this. They needed another ball handler and scorer with KD gone and to get younger. They essentially just got a 23 year old guard averaging 22 and 7 plus a good backup PG in Napier for literally nothing.

D-Lo is 6’5 and Klay is 6’7...how tall you think somebody needs to be to guard small forwards? Especially considering they’re an elite defender like Klay and they’ve always played positionless basketball.

This allows there to basically always have an All-Star guard on the court at all times instead of relying on the Quinn Cooks or McKinnies of the world.

Plus Shamet, SGA and Gallo. And cap space for one more decent add plus some minimums. Just seems like a much more Kawhi type of team and situation.

I agree with this sentiment but it’s largely becaue he hasn’t chosen his own destiny (drafted by SAS, traded to TOR). I don’t know what he wants. He might enjoy playing with other players in their prime (AD, not Bron) to grow his legacy. Kawhi is different bruh which is why I don’t think we can read him or his logic.

Both of their asses ....

Lower expectations going to the Knicks that didnt win ****.

Now of they dont make the playoffs 1st yr is going to be really hard for Ki. Plus dudes are already hated by Newyorkers ...
The Nets definitely aren’t hated by New Yorkers. They’re just seen with indifference.

One of the most underrated narratives is that Kawhi might sign to LAL when they only have THREE other players under contract and a bunch of maybes for minimums.

That is vvlowkey an indictment on anyone saying the Lakers brand isn’t a thing :lol

Technically he was drafted by Indy and traded to SA lol

Pretty much. They wouldn’t get a max player alongside Curry/Klay/Dray for the remainder of Curry’s contract. This is the only way they could.

If KD doesn’t go to BK and went to the Knicks instead. Warriors would be focusing on bringing back Cook, Looney. And probably still trading Iggy and chasing a Danny Green like player.

DLo may be the only chance they get at a guy with next level talent.

Trading DLo for parts really does nothing for them. Curry/DLo/Klay/Dray should be the 4 they run with for the next 3 years of Curry’s contract and then completely tear it down.

One sport has to pay 15 players..the other 50 something.

You right bro. Indy is brazy for that one but both PG13 and Kawhi are nice. What’s popping down in MIA this week? Miyambi looks like it has good rates for Telly’s from tomorrow through the weekend. Just wanted to see from an insider if it was worth it :lol

Guy with the burner accounts who claimed to not care about shh but wouldn’t leave his room for 2 days over a decision he made and then had beef with his supposed friend and a fan base that did nothing but support him, again, over a decision he made

That guy?

Nahhhhhhhhhhh

That doesn’t sound like him.. at.. all

Letting some random “nerds” on the computers really affect his life choices
