Those one and one deals helped sign Iggy and Livingston though.

Even though he got the rings he wanted I think it was a mistake for KD to go there. He’ll never get the love he deserved.

It allowed dubs to sign iggy and shaun, yes, however his last contract also allowed him the ability to opt out and sign a five year max that would open the door for more money down the line. sacrificed money now to get more later.

warriors really about to have 3 rookies coming off the bench next season fade me

The irony in KD “finally having his own team” bs is pure disease of me, and buying into media narratives etc.

KD really got tricked out his spot...to chase a situation that he already had before and prove to people something he proved when he was 23 :lol.

They essentially want him to lead a team deep in the playoffs and lose with a mercurial all star PG. As long as it opens a championship window for LeBron...they’re fine with it.

It’s comical.

When they won that one title in 2015 when Bron didn't have Kyrie?

Or in 2016 when they completed the greatest choke job in league history?

What dynasty only wins 1 title?

Bruh you still hanging on for dear life to that kyrie injury excuse? My gawd you act worse than a scorned ex

Why are you pretending as if the warriors window would have closed if KD hadnt signed with them? Suddenly steph and klay would forget how to shoot? The league around them got better but there’s no reason to think they wouldn’t have added talent around their core in the event KD signed elsewhere. They would have run it back in the west

KD gonna be 32 and coming off a major injury. he aint gonna carry no one

Really? I haven’t been watching ESPN today, but all the people I heard talk NBA on NBA Radio and the Dan Patrick show didn’t even have us in the running got Kawhi anymore. Down to Raps and Lakers.

In about 5 minutes of First Take I’ve heard nothing but Lakers and Knicks from SAS and Kellerman. I’m not sure if they’ve even said any other words.

 that pick is conveying in 2020 and its not going to be as high as Boston thinks. Unless there are a bunch of injuries, Memphis is good enough to be outside of the top 6 this year. This is why they're bringing in a good mixture of vets with their young guys. They are not trying to bottom out and have that pick be unprotected in 2021.

Either way, if they do somehow keep the 2020 pick, they are going to have a boatload of cap space going into the 2020 offseason with assets to trade. If they are conveying a 2021 pick, chances are they get a good player in the draft in the top 6 + Ja + JJJ + Clarke + cap space. This front office is actually doing it right. I cant believe it.

Thank you :lol. I just want to add that the grizz will get that top 6 pick this season and their core will be better than Boston's. 2021 pick will be in the backend of the lottery. Write it in stone. The real young core is in Memphis

KD was the difference in 2017 and 2018. That's not in dispute.

Oh Bron didn't have Love in 2015 either.

We've seen Steph ain't that guy when the pressure is on. Klay is for sure but he ain't supposed to be your best player. So no I don't think GS runs the West or wins another chip if KD doesn't sign.

he really is a mental ******. he's in his 30s and still needs to find himself

seems all of his recent moves have been because of other people's initial actions and comments rather than because he wanted it himself

Right :lol MVP MVP Acting like the 2016-2017 season didn’t all include a prime Steph/Klay/Dray and cap space If KD didn’t sign.....who’d challenge them in the west? The rockets? :lol.

Warriors would’ve run it back the very following year.
