after striking out on KD/Kyrie, why didn’t the smart and innovative Knick front office that’s nothing like the past regime sell off their cap space for future picks?

Did they need to sign Bobby Portis? Why didn’t they just keep that space open and use it to pick up first rounders from over the cap teams like Memphis did for Iggy or the Clippers did for Harkless?

No troll tgo that’s what I think the Knicks should’ve done, but I don’t mind that much. Late first rounders are the most overvalued asset in the nba..

I loved the Julius signing.

Probably would’ve kept the rest of the cap space open for first rounders though (even if I think they are overvalued it’s still an asset)
