Lol to be honest that’s the influence of one of my closest friends since middle school is black. 80% of what he listens to is R&B and we were constantly trading jams.
I saved my old iTunes library from like 2004-2012 and quickly looked through it and picked a few of my favorites. It’s loaded with R&B from back in the day. Like 70% was stuff he showed me.
R&B was so great in the 2000’s. I don’t mess with most of the stuff that comes out these days.
