Over on Sacramento is easy.

AD for MVP is great value

as much as i want to agree with you about the kings, they're in for a dog fight every night while being built around young pups. starting 5 is good/above average but their bench is diet thin. west managed to get even more difficult and three teams that finished below them last season should have significant improvements (lakers, pels, and mavs).

nonetheless, i feel like buddy hield's improvement this past season went relatively un-discussed. bruh played every single game and still upped his scoring average by 7ppg while maintaining his efficiency. if he learns how to get to the line more he'll be the durable version of kevin martin that sac always wanted but never got.

I want to believe that they'll be competing for the 8th spot.

I hope Luke really creates a system that fits them.

That’s the same Caron who wore a hairpiece on live TV. And D-Wade who get who his nails polished. Y’all gotta stop feeding into that stuff

Its mfn 2019 and you STILL got ppl pulling and falling for this scam smfh.

I still get msgs like.." Hey, i would like to buy the item, but can you send it to my cousin in Indiana? I will add $100 to cover the cost."

I haven’t see the Nigerian prince thing for a while. What my office has been hit with a couple times recently is where a hacker poses as someone from the company - someone high ranking - then sends e-mails to a bunch of people saying “Are you available? I need help urgently.” Anyone who responds gets asked to buy gift cards and send them somewhere. Nobody fell for it at our place, but apparently the scam has worked on some pretty big companies.

maaan my gf's aunt posted her old *** honda accord on craigslist and got an email from a buyer saying "i'll add another $3,000 to the asking price + pay for the cost of shipping if you can have it sent to Nashville. I can have my nephew drop off a cashier's check today." bruh she was so excited, looking for different car freight companies and ****. like man, your car aint even worth more than a tank of gas but someone's gonna give you an additional 3 racks for it and pay another grand to have it shipped?...stop it. fortunately i caught wind of this before she got got.

it's sad and unfortunate that older folk can be so easily swindled.

This one has been going on for a while too. Feel bad for those employees who got 'got'

One of the weirdest is the toner scam. Someone calls just to confirm the address to ship the toner you ordered, and actually ships the toner and sends the bill. Like what?

Won't ever tell someone how to grieve, but it's wild strange to me son ends all his social media posts with "rip dad".

i feel similarly. i'm not the gate keeper of grieving, folks can go about it in any way they feel necessary so long as they're not hurting themselves or others, but i find it a bit odd that even in lighhearted/joking posts he puts that there. but to each their own i suppose.

I'd feel weird if the tweet was directed at me like that Dudley one, like are you trying to guilt me into giving you the number?

It’s true and was going on even pre-internet. I had to get my father-in-law out a few different jams when people suckered him into giving money away for things he didn’t need. He got signed up for the things by phone. He lived by himself in a small town in Michigan, so I think maybe he feel for the scams just because he was happy to have someone call him. Sad.
