Milwaukee just letting Brogdon go is probably one of the worst moves of the summer. At the very least he would have been a great asset.

They didn't get Kawhi from OKC is my point tho. If lac already had Kawhi it wouldn't have lowered okc's asking price. So why should the wiz settle for less in a Beal trade

The whole reason OKC extracted what they did was because they knew LAC needed George to land Leonard. That was the driving force behind the fundamentals of that trade

Peep my edit. And yes why wouldn't they have done the same deal? What would their alternative be? You kinda contradicted yourself because the Lakers already had Bron and still gave up what they did for Davis. They didn't need to do that to get Bron, they needed it to pursue a championship. If you can get a 2nd free agent then you're not gonna trade anyway. But if you need to make a trade you're gonna pay a premium regardless of who's on your roster already. Basically what I'm saying is that it's gonna take more than a package centered around Malik Beasley to get Bradley Beal

There didn't need to be an alternative if LAC couldn't land Leonard. Jerry is smarter than that, you know this by now
Malik Beasley and Gary Harris is pretty good starting point but what other packages are out there?

For what it’s worth, I heard Jerry West interviewed on the radio this morning and he said he very little to do with the Kawhi signing and PG trade. Just gave his “2 cents” here and there. According to the logo, it was all Larry Frank and Mike Winger.
