Going camping for the first time this weekend. My white folks, what do I need to know? @MVP nick. @storm2006
This is true. Playing other sports increases strength and durability in all body parts. A lot of great athletes who never had serious injury cross-trained in martial arts for example (Ronnie Lott, Kelly Slater, Shaq, Kareem) and Mayweather/ Pacquiao cross-train their fighting bodies by playing competitive basketballStudies show you're actually less likely to get injured playing multiple sports. So, definitely.
I’ve said this so many times over the past year or two. Idk if it’s the shoes we’re wearing or what but there’s gotta be a reason why so many people have torn their Achilles in recent years compared to the past. I feel like the softer boost, react, lunar, zoom, etc in newer shoes compared to the more stable shoes of the past may have at least a little to do with it.
I've never been camping
You sleeping in a tent or trailer?
