Lets do some math.
Take a look at Phoenix, 27.8(5th pick) + 20.1(6th pick) = 47.9
The reason our 5th pick is so high of a percentage is b/c we are GUARANTEED a top 5 pick. Remember that all percentages have to add up to 100%. So naturally the last pick is gonna be the highest percentage based off the 1st 4 pick's percentages.

no, i know that. we have no chance of getting anything lower than a 5th pick, but the 5th pick comes at a 50% chance and that's kinda scrary.
it should be guaranteed that the worst team gets a top three pick. silver messed up
