Lol Georgia has been at the top of recruiting for the last 5 years. Where are these recruits who aren’t going there because of this?
Going to Clemson, Bama and Auburn. Plenty of GA talent on those rosters. Trevor left for Clemson.

No love. All these dudes are forgettable.

Woof.

I count 1 national championship thanks to last night and 1 QB that even starts as a pro.

Ppl hate working for Lane. That’s why they’re bouncing, not necessarily cuz he’s leaving. Not saying he’s not leaving but he’s driving ppl outta there

I'm not surprised Burton or Milton want to transfer. Burton probably believes he isn't being used much.

And I know Milton's Pop's isn't happy his son isn't getting the carries, but what did he think was going to happen choosing UGA?

Burton was hurt for a lot of the season and didn't get many touches, I could see him transferring to get more opportunities but he was one of our starting receivers when healthy.

Milton was just behind more talented running backs. With Cook and White leaving this year, Milton and McIntosh were slated to be our starters next year. Odd that he would leave now.

Wait is this not Bennett’s last year?
This is actually his fifth year in college because he redshirted in 2017 and he gets another year due to COVID. So 2022 would be his sixth year. Seeing as he doesn't have much of an NFL future, it's likely he will come back

I guess id trade an extra year of Stetson Bennett’s mid *** for a Natty the year prior.

Miss me with the " If he had that roster he would win titles too!" talk. Literally half of your job as a college football coach is talent acquisition. So essentially you're saying Harbaugh isn't very good at that portion of his job.

I'm of the mind that it's easier to acquire talent when you are surrounded by said talent.

You look at this and see no advantage for Kirby Smart against Jim harbaugh? You think it's the same thing to bring southern blue chips to Ann Arbor, MI as it is to Athens, GA?

I think Jim does about as good as can be expected. Michigan recruits in the top ten despite being in a region with a lack of high-end talent. That's about where Michigan has been historically, so if he's failed at anything, it's a failure to get to that next level. But given these numbers, I kinda think that's just how it's going to be for Michigan.

There is no reason Michigan shouldn't be recruiting at Ohio State's level, If Michigan isn't getting good players, it's on their coaching staff.

I mean, there are things in the Jim Tressel era that got the ball rolling for OSU that Michigan hasn't shown a willingness to engage in. OSU doesn't mind getting in the mud. A coach can only do so much if the school won't play ball.

I guarantee if you made Kirby the coach of Michigan, they would be getting top five classes

Kirby leaving the south?

Don't be silly.

Riding high off this title, sure, it's possible. But let's say he left bama for Michigan instead of UGA. Would he be the same Kirby Smart today? Idk. Something tells me no.
