As constructed, player+coach (and his suspect 4th quarter rotations), who is getting that team into the playoffs in the West last season? Maybe healthy KD and Bron and I can’t even guarantee that.If you swap the Steph Curry and Damian Lillard the Warriors would be in the same position there in... missing the playoffs.
My point is he was 1st Team All-NBA so I think that team went as far as any one player was going to take them (I’ll give you the Memphis game but even that was lost in OT and he had 39).
Hopefully next year everyone comes in healthy so we won’t have to have a lot of these hypothetical debates on a daily basis

The funniest part about this is that Chris Paul is one of the senior player representatives for the NBA Players Association. He was one of the key figures who helped institute the last CBA. He should be leading by example.
Regardless, we need to wait for all the details to come out. It could be another LeBron situation or he could be out 2 weeks (most likely the middle of next series).

Kawhi said he was fine after game 4. Injuries are getting out of hand. Now basically every remaining team is dealing with a major injury (or COVID protocols in Chris Paul's case) to another top players
