Good move by the Mavs. No GM needs to have the job for that long...same with Danny Ainge and Boston. You win a championship, fine. That buys you some more years to run it back...but it shouldn't buy you 10 years with no results.

Cause the hawks are the healthiest, doesn’t mean they’re the best. Took Embiid turning into Roy Hibbert for the Hawks to tie the series. Sixers still likely to win that series with Joel on a shaky knee.
