Pereira nailed it. There's no common sense with these calls most the time. And get rid of the stupid disqualification or just make it a series.

I hate to leave anything else up to refs to decide, but 99.9% of the time you can easily tell if intent for a helmet-to-helmet hit is present on the defender’s side. Those should definitely get the full-game (or half and half) suspension. The ones where it’s obviously completely incidental should be like one series (at most) like you said.
