I think he got that. Feet never came down out.

Though I know the rule with first down markers is different than the rule with goal lines and it looks like he may have reached the ball across from out of bounds

Will always be baffled Georgia can’t recruit elite receivers, why Michigan can’t get an elite QB and why Clemson doesn’t produce nfl OL talent.
 
That 4th down reversal made sense once they explained it. How does it work with the goaline though? Is it the same thing?
 
If his body starts in bounds and ends up out of bounds eventually, where do you spot the ball? That still shows he’s clearly hovering out of bounds. Will we ever get a soccer type sensor or VAR system. I guess they never get a full aerial shot of these plays, do they? Like a blimp view.
