Florida has been pretty consistently bad since Urban left. I know they don't have the money for Deion, but once again, 99.9% of college football coaches are complete charlatans and people have put up a glass ceiling for them that acts like Deion wouldn't be right at home amongst these scammers and they're ever deserving for some reason he is not.

He'll prolly have Colorado's best season this millenium, and while people are right to question the sustainability, who cares? He should take the biggest job that opens up this summer where he would be able to recruit well in the area.

The SEC been overwhelming Black. The people who sign the checks and want control of the programs make decisions.

I think you’re vastly overrating this alleged affect of him scaring other coaches. Deion literally doesn’t even recruit HS kids . Like refuses to go to make the rounds to visiting high schools. That is not working down there.

All of this is moot anyways. Barring someone surprisingly being fired, don’t see any big jobs opening up. Big 12 will still be weak next year, so he’ll get his chance to put himself in play for the Florida and FSU jobs if he’s able to do what y’all think is possible.

I think if there's a solid, big-name replacement lined up they could convince Lagway and other important players to stay.
