I doubt it, he was banged up for most of last year as well but played because they were in championship contention.

For his sake, it would probably be a good idea to show up to pre-draft stuff with a clean bill of health.

If I had to venture a guess I'd imagine that he has quietly shut it down and its just not for the public's consumption to know that he has done so

He's pulling a Jaxson Smith Njigba. Not judging him at all, because it's his career and money on the line, but he's probably milking that injury.
