Any potential Paul George deal will involved Randle. We're not going to roll out Brunson-OG-George-Randle-Hartenstein.

If you're trading Robinson, then you need to get one of the Bagley/Bol Bol group of bigs from Pistons/Magic for a mid-level exception salary. Need to know why they're not able to J. O'neal one of them. A short 2 year contract with a player option for the 3rd year. There are currently too many high lotto bigs that are failures right now.

A PG trade definitely will include Randle. If Ball gets cut like the rumors, they might bring him back to a LA team.
You can also see if they'll trade Fultz and how reasonable his salary requirements are. If you're trading picks, salary dump and get Fultz.

Trade mitch and Bogs , pick up bol bol and another player who can play 2 or the 3...

Dont want PG, but would take klay for 17 per season off the bench with mcbride

Sign OG , Hartenstein ... run it back

AD is not built for New York. PG is hurt just as much as Mitch for 3x the price. Caruso would've been a great fit, although he annoys me. if we can get Daniel Gafford, that would be huge for our front court.

The thing that gives the NO-MitchRob storyline some credibility imo as well is how Leon generally does right by his guys when time come to move them to new landing spots. He most recently did a whole nation of fans a solid in the swap sending RJ, and Quick, back to mother country in the midszn blockbuster deal.

Blockness is truly irreplaceable in the paint tho and I’m hiding from that likely outcome. Tis a struggle to see how that part of the team identity gets replaced even with the team’s best collective efforts.

Gonna need more upgrades.

As for potential returns or said upgrades, I can get on board w/ BI as the main character target from NoLa. There was some noise earlier about them parting ways too. Bench is stacked even w/o Oubre but the defense takes yet another step forward in the wake of losing the bday twin Sir Blockinson.

Interesting turn of events. You move Randle and Robinson, you lose an edge in rebounding but will probably still defend at a high level since we'll probably be playing small ball with OG or Hart at the 4. You get a reliable big man to back up IHart and I don't see why it wouldn't work. Plus you still have Precious for when you want a bigger player at the 4.

At the same time, Julius was better next to Hartenstein than Robinson. If Mitch goes and we don't get PG you'll have a season's worth of games to see Brunson/Donte/OG/Randle/Hartenstein together. It'd be January 2024 all over again.

hell no to PG... hes overpaid is 34 and injury prone... would like to see the team just resign og and ihart... then actually use the two first round picks to draft someone instead of trading it like they usually do... it would be cool if we can pickup another wing for the bench either kcp or oubre
