Naw, not definitely. If dude is not heavy and he got lucky on a pair with a solid air unit, he could be ok. Midsole separation (even if just minor) on those older pairs are pretty much guaranteed though.

These came in last week and they’re pretty great! Still on the fence if I want to cut off the netting on the tongue but love the leather quality, sail sole and waxed sail laces. I wish it came with 2 gold swooshes instead of 1 though.
