The material used, nubuck like on the blue/silver and black/royal hi's wears much better than the leather. Its almost crease resistant.

Wore my pair a few days ago,that whole set of low jewels got a bum rap. Good for me to buy cheap, but I just wish we'd have gotten contrasting jewels without Nike changing things by putting patent leather in the mix.
Old jewels are stuff that I wasn't into at the time, but now wish I'd had the foresight to buy cheap.
