I wear a 12 in af1. I got these in a 12 and 13. The sz 12 was the most uncomfortable shoe ive ever worn. Sz 13 i took out the sole and put in a dr schols, most comfy shoe i own. Think of it like these are an 01 pair w a deflated air unit. Thats how they feel before i switched the insole.

For some reason I thought it was something which would be done very quickly. But it took a lot of hours. For some reason my daughter wanted to help so she was able to do quite a bit herself. Hopefully I won't have to ask them to do another pair anytime soon lol
