Been wearing my triple white mids (my only pair of mids) and I love them. So clean and comfort wise they’re pretty similar to the high’s.
The “leather” on them feels like plastic but not any worse than dunks/af1’s. Can’t really see myself buying any other mids but these are an exception.

You don’t buy mids for the quality. They are bought for the color way. No mod will NOT FEEL LIKE PLASTIC. EVERYONE SHOULD NO THIS BY NOW.

the only thing that I didn't like in some mids is the kind of leather that they use which affect the way it creases or look afterwards. problem with the forefoot here shows how it digs into the material creating an ugly dent and ugly creases (wrinkles) that bulges up the paint (veiny) that looks unnatural. I don't mind creases and I'm one of those few that like them and make the leather looks nice. but the creases I'm seeing on my pair are just bad.

Not a fan of mids but theres some colorways that I really like and these are one of em. I actually been wanting a Jordan 1 with an aqua colorway. I wish it was on the highs but either way I like em.

I still recall this pack coming out in 2007 despite never being a fan of the mid. Seeing the Jumpman logo on any version of the Jordan 1 will always be off to me predicated on timeline inaccuracy because that logo was first introduced on the III.

I feel you. I always liked the Black Toe mid., I had this pair and the New Love pair in the pack The leather was actually decent and had padding equivalent to the Jordan 1 High OG's.

It's like the late 2000s was the period of the packs. I'm so glad we've been out of that unnecessary gimmick for a long time now. I would consider them worthless because peeps normally only liked one shoe in a pack and not the other one. But you clearly weren't given an option to get just the shoes you liked because they were sold as a set by default. I would say the only pack where both shoes were desirable was the December 2008 XI/XIII Countdown Pack. Imagine if they were still selling packs, that crap would have jacked up prices due to present day inflation.
No low or mid with the Jordan 1 for me. It will always be the high. I admit I just got into the 1 High within the last 2 years. But I'm very picky with what I get because it has to be something I can wear that matches attire I have or will be acquiring.

Yeah those packs I passed on because like you said I generally only wanted one sneaker out of the pack and wasn't willing to pay $300 or whatever was the prices for em. At the time I was trying to get my friends to pay half of certain cdp packs so I can get one of em and they get the other but they weren't going for it because they didn't think sneakers were worth those prices lol.
