I had no problem with the design of the it was the quality on the pairs I had that made me return them. They were both lopsided and had half of the "Air" on the tongue tag chopped off. One pair even had popped midsole stitching. I wanted to keep at least one pair, but they both had bad glue stains too.

I can understand that. The pair I bought for my brother had a similar nike tag issue. The pair I have came with a small scuff on the inside heel on the nubuck.

I can't stress this enough. There are shoes like the Metallic 1s that I don't like, but if that's your cup of tea then drink it. Everyone has their own opinion and should excercise it. Obviously everyone on this site is a sneaker enthusiast, but we are all individuals and should express ourselfs accordingly. Don't like or dislike something because of the next man.
