but at this point, knowing how long you've had his money, the LEAST you could do is take an L on the shipping costs. I would have done everything i could in order to avoid this.

alright so lets get this straight, you want me to declare the value which is $200. if anything happens to the package during transit, i am NOT responsible for ANYTHING. without insurance, UPS will ONLY reimburse you the $200 declared value of the shoes. that is what you want me to do? i just want to be crystal clear about this so if anything does happen i dont want any back and forth. i just want it to be clear that i told you all of this.
