Don't get me wrong fam i know we all have to start somewhere i was a newbie back in '96 as well but i just get tired of ppl ruining what used to be a fun hobby.

Everyone loves AJ1 as long as they have Nike Air of course but look down their nose at other aj1 without? Come on son

i have plenty of both although i wish thye were NA i still like them.
/Rant

The jumpman hate is beneficial for those of us that dig them :Nthat

My join date on ISS is 2006. Am I still a NoOb GuYz?

I sold a lot of my OG Jordan's a while ago because I needed the money for things like school, house, wedding. I started a couple years back just buying what I like to wear again.

Priorities >>>>>>>>

RTTG Vegas 1's and the Premier Highs are two of my favorite 1's and not any NA to be found on them.

You'd probably think I'm a n00b too given that my 20 pairs of 1's are all 2010 or later. I just don't hang onto shoes for 20+ years. My '94's weren't going to make it to 2004, let alone 2014. I don't have any need for sneakers I can't wear, OG or not.
I wore down every OG pair I was fortunate to own as a youngster (starting in 1990) since Jordans were usually my primary, and favorite shoe.  Didn't really care during that time to take pictures of them or plan to preserve them for 20+ years.  I just wanted to wear them back then.

Alright guys, let's stop with the newbie vs. veteran debate. People gotta start somewhere. I used to be the cat in the gym benching 135 while other guys were working 225 all day, everyday.

The shoe game is the same. Embrace the newcomers and the hype surrounding our coveted Js. The shoe game has changed dramatically, but so has everything in our lives (job market, stock market, food costs, technology, etc.) Change is inevitable whether it's good or bad; those who adapt to change quickly are the ones who prevail.

My 2pennies...

No need to "c'mon son" me. Also no need to point fingers at people "ruining" it for you. You don't know anyone on here personally, how long they've been collecting, what their motivations are. If someone wants to talk specifically about contributing to the problem, great, direct it that way. Otherwise, you're just coming off as sour and making presumptions without any idea of who you're talking to.

I was coming at you fam it's not that deep.

^A hobby turned to a headache.

This man gets it repped.

This all tha way!

I'm sorry fellas didn't mean to open this can of worms...didn't think Chi thread would trinkle into here, thought they was too busy debating about BS.

^I hope, like all releases, that everyone that wants them is able to get them. Waiting for the AJ1 bubble to burst and eventually the whole sneaker bubble itself. Going strong though, unfortunately.

It just sucks that can't walk into a store in the afternoon on release day and cop with no hassle. It is what it is tho. #kanyeshrug

400

400$ least they could do is make em comfy, the curse of the 1's

Real nice shoe in person tho, are people making trades for the other pair that released already cause thats the best colorway of the three

I thought pinnacles had the nice quilted padded insoles?

Give me the Shatters and ill be done till next year...lol

I have no interest in the Holiday package or any other summer releases..

Im still really look forward to the UNC. I dont think there will be as much hype but who knows. Chi's are far more iconic and that shade of tar heel blue isnt for everyone. Hope I dont miss out on those.

The pinnacles are real nice, held my boys pair yesterday. Couldn't try them on to give you a review of comfort, he's a 9.5.

I like the UNCs, but @FLATFOOT718 they're going back in the closet or under the bed when it's UNC vs. 'Cuse
