After seing hw bad they age i decided to let em go.... dont mind creases on shoes but the toebox on those is made of sh*!

Same could be said on the ones

Albeit the separation isn't nearly as serious on the ones but the yellow can be pretty bad

So I was following the chi 1 thread in hopes I could get a lead on a good price for my sz 11 because I struck out everywhere I was also hoping some info is out there for the next drop. It is just pure anarchy in there. Here are the cliff notes

1. People calling Ajko and 2013 chi poverty kicks
2. People sewing Nike air patches on their 2013 pairs and selling them for 350
3. Someone calling themself the pear lord. I hate when people call them pears.
4. People thinking the phrase never settle was the greatest thing ever and people putting it in their signature
5. Hundreds of pictures of pairs but not a single on foot.

Sigh these type of releases bring out the worst

  I'm guilty of that one but I only got lucky to win one raffle pair 

 

They'll most likely stay in the box or maybe in a display case alongside my other 80's stuff.

Don't worry these require absolutely 0 break in time. They're amazingly comfortable. I feel the same way as you though, I don't know about wearing 1's with shorts. I've done it a few times, but I think I like them better with jeans. I live in FLorida and it's hot / humid AF here, so I kinda like wearing 11 lows in the summertime.

I sold my Melo's recently too, I saw how bad they were gonna look after a few wears and figured it wasn't worth it. Material was gabbage on

I'd probably do just because of the history and quality behind the Chicago 1s, I mean the  6s are nice, but...to each his own though..

If buyers are willing to pay that price for Chicago 1s, mannnnn you cant even blame the seller at that point, its like taking candy from a baby

Regretted not paying resale on the 1s i struck out on (royals and blk/reds) when i look at prices now...so im thinking i should just cop chis at resale...anyone think prices might drop off a little at some point?? I def feel like they will go up after the ndc release and everyone strikes out...again
