That's bad, you think you will ever collect them again?@tHe 718 tRuTh
Seeing that pic makes the feels come back again when all my OG's were stolen while on vacationover 200+ pairs in which most were OG's and a few retros
Even though I had gotten a nice insurance check, it still couldn't replace what was passed down to me, along with the memories
Eventually, but for now, I used that lump sum to build an investment portfolio and opened a few saving accounts for my 3 girls to fall back on when they go to college[emoji]128077[/emoji]That's bad, you think you will ever collect them again?
That's great, every little bit helps. Thank you, @gil23 was one that did the deal and I appreciate him for doing it.Eventually, but for now, I used that lump sum to build an investment portfolio and opened a few saving accounts for my 3 girls to fall back on when they go to college[emoji]128077[/emoji]
On a side note: Congrats on securing a pair of Chi's with the help of @gil23 [emoji]128077[/emoji] post some on-feet pics once you receive them.
Reminds me of @sunshining7
. Man, that NTer is legendary.
i picked up the pack in similar condition with the breds and worn twice for the celtics in like 2011 for 175. crazy how things have changedDMP for $250....crazy good deal. If I remember correctly that was the FTL retail price point when they dropped.
Really?ill def grab a pair of 1.5 .... hopefully on a disco tho
Please don't hate me but Mike can keep them 1.5s. Ion know all I see is a escort with a wing. Modified miscues if you allow it. Shoe just look off and irks to see it repeatedly in a OG 1 not anything else. I'm a bout a dollar...wtf is .5? [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji]

@babyjs23 Really sucks about your collection getting stolen...people that do that kind of crap will get whats coming to them...they will, believe that....anyway i had a question bout insurance; did u have a renters policy? Or a different policy strictly for ur collection? And did u have pics of every pair w receipts? Or just a pic of all the shoes?...i just renewed my policy, im insured up to 30k, which covers my current shoe collection plus a few other valuables...just trying to figure out how safe i really am, thanks in advance.

My wife and I just purchased a house/building and this is something that I will be doing ASAP.
There's a lady in my networking group who deals specifically with this.
She comes to your house, takes photos of all your possessions, and makes a booklet with the prices for each item.
Speeds up the insurance process and much more reliable from an outside company rather than you just "claiming" what you have on your own.
If your going to add on a rider for things a normal person doesn't have they usually will send someone out to take pics and verify you have what you say you do otherwise any random dude could say he's got 150 to 200 pairs and file a bogus insurance claim.yea I don't trust those kind of ppl.... they are the ones with the side hustle selling info to the jackers
I can document all my stuff fine myself & back it up with paypal or CC receipts

Your kicks should be insured at resale value also, not retail.
The replacement value if you ever need to attempt to buy the shoes over will always be more.
My insurance company sent someone out, but you are right I'm sure there are other companies that'll take original receipts and invoices as proof.not true..... its hard to file a claim for 200 pairs of anything without having some base to it for example having room for said shoes..... having the proof said items ever existed... showing proof of purch etcIf your going to add on a rider for things a normal person doesn't have they usually will send someone out to take pics and verify you have what you say you do otherwise any random dude could say he's got 150 to 200 pairs and file a bogus insurance claim.yea I don't trust those kind of ppl.... they are the ones with the side hustle selling info to the jackers
