Smh dude on offerup declined my $200 offer on his beat pair of Black Toes. He says $300 firm for a SZ 10. I can't budge it's a stalemate.
now way when you can add 40 and grab a pair ds..... mfs be so determined to turn a profit

Hahaha...even the beaters going for the all time high. Crazy some will pay $100-$150 over retail for beater shoes.... Dude tripping though

Sighss... Tomorrow I gotta ship off the DS pair of Royals I sold. Kinda wish I could have kept them... . I guess this is how you get when you extra thirsty to obtain another pair of 1s... I rather have the cash on tap just in case that sweet deal pops up...lol....

On another note, no one even brings the Chicago 1s into the discussion when speaking of value... I have yet to see a use pair anywhere for sale. Shoot folks want 4-5 hunnet and up for the joints. Top 3s in a close 2nd...

Glad this thread still talks about the thread topic for the most part. Just went into 4-5 threads and they are all talking about other collabs from this year, Off-white pack, and the all so popular Nike vs. Adidas that seems to be everywhere recently.

I know shadows are coming next year, has anyone heard news of when black/whites are supposed to remaster?

Are y'all serious with this character stuff with shoes?

I think with a lot of shoes, creases make the shoes become unpalatable but, with Jordan 1s in particular, a lot of others and I also share the view that the shoe ages very well and don't look like a piece of crap when they show age. In fact, we learn to appreciate the lines of character that the shoe takes on.

I would say the cleaner, the better though. I don't mind creases unless the shoe is just completely beat.

This. The better the shape a 1 is in, the better it looks IMO. But I do agree that as far as Jordan models go, the 1 ages the best, and still looks good a little beat up as well.

Wore Fragments today.

I'm totally against aftermarket but damn I'm thinking of skipping a few releases / selling off some pairs and just stacking for a pair of Frags and Black Toes...

I've consistently missed on all Black Toe variation releases (Frags included obviously) and I'm super thirst over here...

I want Frags so bad, but I can't justify paying that bread. JB will eventually release them again without the Fragment branding, i'll cop then. Either that or i'm getting customs made.

Would really love Frags but as someone pointed out I can't justify paying for the asking price nowadays

Don't care about Fragment at all, it's about the colorway to me.

I just like the color blocking and blue is my favorite color. That being said I'd rather go on vacation than spend that on shoes.

I agree to an extent, dpending the shoes we talk about.

Like I like the Motorsport 4s, but it's not the same thing as the Motorsport 4s with the Mars logo on it. It's just a regular CW with no history or added value to me.

i can't rationalize dropping a stack or better for a shoe, because resellers can just jack up the price depending on demand, hell $570 for my sbb still embarrasses me, i refuse to tell non sneaker enthusiasts how much i paid
