Naw, they are only tighter at the very top lace loop and looser at the lower lace loops. Plus I have a patellar tendon injury so they cannot be loose to prevent me from tripping while walking. I do not want the severity of the injury to become worse.

I'm not sure how I feel abut these

These strike me as blue versions of the Euro released Gym Reds from a while ago (minus the suede of course). I also like the leather tongue tag. Rumor is that these are supposed to be connected to the "He Got Game" Lincoln High School Jersey colors. Like an all red shoe, I'm sure these won't get tons of wear, but I think they're kind of dope.

I UNDS these today. Its been a while since I wore an AJ1... Been wearing my runners and vans lately. I forget how comfy 1s are .And quality on my pair is really good. If you still didnt cop these but plan to bite the bullet now while its cheap.
