just copped a pair of the Knicks dead stock of ebay for just a little bit more than retail plus tax and shipping had to message a bunch of sellers to get that price..also I almost pulled the trigger on a near dead stock pair for 140 shipped, glad I waited for the ds pair tho.

the only thing that sucks is, what if you get a pair from over seas how you going to do a side by side comparison with a pair from footaction/finishline. based on height and sticthing. im def going to check my soles

overseas & US pairs should be similar,
the tongue tag is a giveaway too
locally theres a sudden price drop on some royals, & they're fakes

Damn , was hoping that the "fake" royals didn't hit the market until I was able to find a pair. With these grey markets or whatever getting better and better you just don't know what your getting. Paying over 300 for 1's is crazy imo already then you got these fakes everywhere.Might just have to take the L because I'm not comfortable spending that kind of money and not even knowing if your shoes are authentic.

theclosetcollectors have almost a FSR GM restock on the Royal 1s still
i'm pretty sure we'll see more RD & GM pairs comparisons soon... as of right now we know many GM pairs has a stretched NA
also having a receipt lowers your chances of getting a fake

the better the fake, the higher the price still...
basically you get what you pay for at this point...
$300+ = real pair
$240 - 290 = high end fake
$150 - 239 = regular fake
anything below $150 = fakes from the swap meet

They'll be super hyped. They are limited and an OG 1 with Nike Air. That brings the hype in 2013, no matter how the shoe sold in the past.
And I hope nobody actually follows those dollar figures on fake and real Royals up there. There is really only grey market, good fakes that are out there in the first place, and a majority are being sold for just as much as the real deal in the secondary market. There were hardly any royals around the last few months. Now someone tells you they have your size, your friends size, a half size down from you or any other mixture of sizes, that should be a red flag right there. The market goes from no pairs for sale to multiple sellers having size runs, that isn't legit for that shoe.

I've seen comparison photos between grey market and authentic royals and the differences require a magnifying glass to see. It's getting scary. I was even staring at my royals for 10 mins trying to analyze every detail to see if I could burn the shape of 2013 OG 1's in my mind so ill be able to spot a fake in the future lol

On a scale of 1-10, probably a 10. Because once you place "Nike Air" on it, it's a wrap! Even if the Toro/Nubuck 4's drop the same day.

I saw the clovers in person but they are just not for me. Hopefully JB has plans to restock these NA 1s in the near future for all those that can't get them since the hype is so high and the supply is super low

The Clovers are def a unique CW. I think that's what I like most about them, and that they are related to the Celtics, lol.
