Yeah I definitely get others liking lance mountains. I tried em with one red and one blue lace at first and they were definitely too much. But I've always loved 1s and the SB product line, as well as royal 1s. Otherwise, I like garments and shoes that wear in as they wear out. Raw denim, canvas jackets, veg tanned undyed leather (I had pinnacle 1s, but also wallets, belts, etc with similar leather), margiela converse. I never skated my lances but hooped in em, played handball, taken em on vacations, moved myself and other people in em, and worn em in all kinds of weather. I never liked how they looked stripped with acetone so I just let time do its thing.

The low top tear away lances were awful, whether torn or not. I don't like shoes with fabric or extra materials on top that have to be cut away to reveal. I did it on huf SB lows and union dunk lows. Annoying as hell to do all that work just to make em look how they should've been released in the first place.
