This would of been a perfect way for jordan to open up a pre ordering system for very finely crafted and 1 of 1 copies to the OG shoes and charge out the ***. I'm sure most people seeing the quality put into these would pay 300 hell maybe even 400. This would get the shoe to the people who actually want them and cut out a huge segment of business from all the customizers they have been suing for replicating high quality 1s. Also cut out the resell market for them initially. But nope instead let's only make XXXX amount and pay a few hundred thousand in marketing for a shoe nobody will be able to get. Then release garbage after we raise prices some more.
