Well these are super boring/plain. Not the worst, but NOT for me AT ALL. I Love Union as a brand, but these are an EASY pass. I personally don’t do Jordan 1 Lows, but I thought maybe Union’s touch on a KO Low might be something I could get behind, but nope. Swappable Swooshes or not, I’m good.

While I LOVE the 1 Highs, and think they’re perfect IMO, I’m also a fan of the 4s and the 2s. Again, 1s are far and above the best, but I think the 4s are dope (only in the Off-Noir & Taupe Haze colorways personally), and I like the 2s.

However, I do feel like their Jordan collabs have gotten worse with each release, and this looks to be the same again.

That could happen, but I’m not sure. They appear super wearable/versatile, and I envision a plain-ish/neutral KO 1 Low being a lot more popular than a 2 (always a polarizing model) or that Union Cortez (weird looking with wacky colors).

reluctantly ordered something off of there back in october (was the only place that had what i wanted at a reasonable price), and the thing ended up shipping from japan to here (california)


anyway, just received a bill today for "transportation charges"

Sounds like customs fees or I’ve had one where they somehow didn’t put the right weight/dimensions on the label and tried to charge me the difference

Yea I put nike SB insoles in some of my 1s, I'll swap the same pair in between my different 1s. It's about twice as thick as a regular 1 insole and has extra cushioning as well. It makes a noticeable difference for me.
