Went back to my hometown to finally pick these up. I’ll do a comparison with the 2015 when I get back to my apt. I never unDS’d the 2015, so I’m glad I have these to rotate. It’ll be hard to wear the highs since I prefer lows

More soft with a slight tumbled look. Closer look at the less curved cut, has the flat boxy panel cut you see on mids.

Overall 2015 is still the better model in terms of cut. The emphasis on curvy panel cuts creates a more dynamic silhouette as you can see from the side profile, you can really see the influence of these curves and how much of that vintage character it exudes. 2021 has less curvature on the cuts and just have an overall flat, pale looking shoe.
I’m glad to have both, and I’ll look forward to bringing in more character to the 2021 pair as I wear them.

Yep, you’re right, the 2015 is the better model in terms of cut. Pisses me off that JB changed them. However, I’m still glad I bought the 2021 low version to at least have a pair. Hope they correct things the next time, but who knows what year that will be.

I’ve said this before but the next customizing trend should be adding the correct size swoosh. Wouldn’t be hard to unstitch the old ones and sew on the new one. Just need someone to produce them in the correct size and colorways.

I wonder why they changed the Swoosh on the 2021s. Maybe so they can milk “85 lows” in the future?
